Immy Murphy is an East Preston-based artist that focuses on family photography. With a BA (Hons) Photography degree, she has the skills and knowledge of working in both studios and the outdoors. With these skills, she took the opportunity to work abroad as a Resort Photographer and Manager for CE Photo (2016 – 2018), working in Greece and Croatia at Neilson Holiday Resorts. It was within these moments of capturing candid and intimate portraits of families that she discovered the passion for family portraits, sports photography and travelling to find new locations.
The ability to photograph the sentimental moments shared between loved ones inspired her to pursue her love of family photography further. As a photographer, Immy continues to capture family memories during special events, creating keepsakes to commemorate those significant times.
