Rachel Harley started her career as a fine art enameller, working with prestigious jewellers such as Solange Azagury-Partridge, English Heritage and Ingo Henn. She discovered the medium of mosaic through constant experimentation with new ways to express her artistic flair. But she wasn’t satisfied with just mosaics. Now, with the help of a neon artist, Rachel elevates mosaics to a new level by creating mixed media neon and mosaic artworks.

Jagged Edge Designs is based out of East Beach Studios along Worthing seafront. It sells both Rachel’s original neon mosaic artworks, as well as prints on small coin purses and large clutch bags. She is available for commission.
