The Fairy Tale Fair is one of Sussex’s most well-known independent craft fairs, created by local artist Claire Montgomery in 2012. With themes including Easter, Summer, Halloween, Weddings, and Christmas, Claire always has a market in the works for the whole family to enjoy. Audience goers can expect to experience market stalls, live performances, yummy food, fun workshops, and more.
They’ve also held 3 pop up shops at Worthing’s Colonnade House in 2018 and 2019, with a plan to return in 2021.
Since 2015 The Fairy Tale Fair has raised over £22,000 for St Barnabas House Hospice in Worthing through their Christmas & Easter fairs held in conjunction with the Northbrook Friends Fundraising Group at Worthing Charmandean. Their ‘So This is Christmas’ craft fair is planned to return to Worthing Charmandean on Sunday 5th December 2021.
