Crimson is a Shoreham-based artist that focuses on free flowing, organic painting. With no planning, she lets her brush and subconscious take control, creating dream-like scenes of colour and form. Her pieces almost act like Rorschach tests in that one viewer may seem something different from the next.

In her artist statement, she states: “The mind battles itself, trying to pin something down as imagery comes in and out of focus, and often slips away. Mixed emotions and memories emerge, creating tension; paradoxical, child like, absurd, tender, private.”

She has been featured in a wide array of group exhibitions and has also participated in a number of community projects, including public art and workshops.
