Neighbourhood Store is a Shoreham-based independent consignment shop that sells work by local artists and designers, as well as secondhand clothing, furniture, records, and more. They have a mission to put Shoreham on the map as a versatile destination, using their brick and mortar space as a community hub, and providing opportunities for anyone to interact with or give back to the community.
How They Support Local Creativity
Local creativity is the heart of Neighbourhood Store. They offer artists a space to sell their work, open their windows up for artists to decorate, and even maintain a Community Speak Up display for people to contribute to. They aim to be involved in community projects such as Neighbourhood Kids, an opportunity for children to sell their creations, and even have plans for art workshops, DJ nights, and more.
